PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically perform selections of persons targeted for notification and notifications to the persons when arriving a new posting, and enhance an information sharing function of a bulletin board to accelerate use of the bulletin board. SOLUTION: A notification system for newly arriving posted information 1 comprises: a specifying means of persons targeted for notification 12 for specifying persons targeted for notification of the fact that the new posting has arrived from a poster at each posted article on a bulletin board 21; and a notification means for newly arriving posted information 13 for providing information on the posted article to the persons targeted for notification of the poster of the posted article specified by the specifying means 12.
