PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wiring substrate which can reduce crosstalk noise generated between wirings. SOLUTION: Lengths of routes at adjacent portions are set in different values when the other wiring is observed with reference to one of the adjacent wirings. Accordingly, when signals are propagated through both wirings, timings of crosstalks are different in each portion even if the signal crosstalk to the other wiring from one wiring. Since crosstalk noise superimposed with deviation of timings is propagated in the direction of signal propagation, energy of the crosstalk noise included in the signal after propagation is dispersed in the time direction.
