The invention relates to a module for a piston machine which finds application in internal combustion engines, hydraulic engines, pneumatic engines, compressors and pumps. The module comprises two link mechanisms spaced at 180 DEG compared one to another in frame (8). Bearing rested pistons (10) of the fuel injection pump and fixed pistons (9) of an internal combustion engine, forming the compressor chambers (12), are located between the link pistons (2). The bearing rested fluid distributors (13) form connection through openings (15) between two adjacent compressor chambers (12) in an internal combustion engine. The air supplied through valve (18), compressor chamber (12) and opening (15) into fluid distributor (13) is mixed with fuel from the fuel injection pump through nozzle (19) into combustion chamber (21).
