<p>An electronic part inspection device includes an inspection socket for inspecting a part, a tray arrangement region (130d) for a part waiting for inspection, tray arrangement regions (130a, 130b) for containing the part after inspection, part convey mechanisms (160a, 160b) having an adsorption nozzle capable of adsorbing the part and conveying the part adsorbed to the adsorption nozzle, a part position check camera (151a) capable of imaging the part being conveyed, and a controller for conveying the part from the tray arrangement region (130d) to an imaging position by the part position check camera (151a) so as to image the adsorption state by the adsorption nozzle and then to the inspection socket and driving the part convey devices (160a, 160b) to set the part on the inspection socket (152a) according to the imaging result.</p> |
