FIELD: metallurgy. ^ SUBSTANCE: for receiving of fine-grain structure it is received hot-rolled strip made of deformed, particularly able to well cold deep drawing of light structural steel, consisting of main elements Fe, Mn, Si and Al, allowing high tensile strength and TRIP-and/or TWIP-properties. Melt is teemed in horizontal pouring unit with protective gas into rough strip with finished size in the range 6-20 mm. After full hardening it is selected temperature of rough strip before the beginning of hot rolling process and it is passed through device for homogenisation with protective gas with keeping of the selected temperature, cooling or heating, then rough strip is subject to hot rolling, by at least, one-pass with total degree of deformation at least 50%, and after cooling hot-rolled strip is coiled, herewith depending on correlation of casting and rolling hot rolling process is implemented in line or separately. ^ EFFECT: manufacturing of hot-rolled strips made of light structural steel. ^ 23 cl, 3 dwg |
