The washing machine (10) with accelerated washing cycle has a washing tub (14) with an external clean water feed (18) and a drain connected to an external drainage circuit (20). The filling feed has an intermediate reservoir which is upstream of the tub, to reduce the washing cycle. The tub also has a rapid drain. The intermediate reservoir has a rapid drain.
