A bioresorbable conduit with multiple channels for the regeneration of nerves comprises a hollow cylindrical tube in a porous bioresorbable polymer and within it a filling material with multiple channel which is a porous, bioresorbable polymer with an irregular surface. An Independent claim is included for the method of preparing the conduit comprising the steps of forming a filling material with multiple channels, forming the hollow tube and introducing the filling material into the tube.
