<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL display of CCM system capable of effectively suppressing the deterioration of each organic EL element layer 12 with the water and moisture originating from a CF layer for correction 6, a CCM layer 7, OC layer 8, insulating layer 11, barrier rib 14, etc. <P>SOLUTION: A black matrix 5, CF layer for correction 6, a CCM layer 7, OC layer 8, passivation layer 9, and transparent electrode layer 10 are laminated one over another on a transparent base material 2, and further thereon the insulating layer 11, barrier rib 14, organic EL element layer 12 and a back electrode layer 13 are laminated, wherein water/moisture absorbing layers 15 are laminated between the layers 9, 10, on the layers 10, on the surface of the barrier rib 14, etc., so that the conventional problem is solved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
