<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement system making a customer order at a table and having a separate check adjusting function in a use in group. <P>SOLUTION: In this group settlement system for performing transmission and receipt from a closed group consisting of a plurality of client terminals 2 and a server device 8 to an external host device 7, the server device 8 comprises a network log-in means based on transmission of data which performs the authentication of a cellular phone 3 or personal digital assistant 4 in the same group to the external host device 7, and each client terminal 2 has an order information input means and an executing state display means for displaying a program execution screen changed in real time on the display part of each cellular phone 3 or personal digital assistant 4 which executes an linkage type program.
