PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To evaluate the damage by light by the illumination apparatus installed in the street simply and technically. SOLUTION: A plurality of evaluation items that are utilized in the evaluation of the damage of light due to illumination apparatus is calculated based on the information of the street for installing the illumination apparatus, arrangement of the illumination apparatus in the street, and the specifications of the illumination apparatus. Thereby, the damage by light due to illumination apparatus installed in the street can be evaluated more simply and technically even by a person who has few specialized knowledges concerning the illumination by utilizing the calculated evaluation items.
