PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve service life performance of a battery by providing a manufacturing device for battery grating capable of improving corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing device for battery grating, a metal sheet is notched and the notched portions are pushed and opened to form grids like a net by vertically moving a plurality of upper blades disposed so as to give a stair-like form sequentially from an end portion thereof along the travelling direction of the metal sheet on the metal sheet moving intermittently. Out of the plurality of upper blades disposed like the staircase, the edge of at least one upper blade other than first and last upper blades of the staircase form has a portion inclined obliquely upward from the inside toward the outside.
