PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unnecessary power consumption when case bodies are inadvertently opened. SOLUTION: A case body 1 having a display section and a magnet 12, and a case body 2 having a printed board 22, a magnetic detection element 222, and an operation section are designed to be relatively turnable by means of a hinge member. When the case bodies 1, 2 are relatively opened in locking with the case body 1 and the case body 2 being inadvertently and relatively turned by shock or the like, the magnetic detection element 222 detects a fact that magnetic force from the magnet 12 is decreased.
