PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to stabilize magnetically attracting action of a magnetic attraction plate 17 on a rotor portion 20. SOLUTION: The magnetic attraction plate 17 and a stator core 14 are integrally formed with molding resin 19 in-between to obtain a core molding MC. Thus, the magnetic attraction plate 17 can be fixed in a constant positional relation with the stator core 14. The magnetic attraction plate 17 can be stably held in the regular position without occurrences of peel-off or the like for a long period of time. As a result, magnetic attractive force can be exerted on the rotor portion 20 with stability. Further, the positional relation between the magnetic attraction plate and the stator core 14 is maintained with ease and accuracy by mold formation. Thus, substantially constant magnetic attractive force of the magnetic attraction plate 17 is constantly maintained even if the positions of rotor magnets 22d fluctuate to some degree due to assembling error or the like.
