PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a speaker capable of easily manufacturing the speaker provided with a diaphragm integrated with a center cap. SOLUTION: In a first process, a voice coil bobbin with a gauge inserted into a center hole is inserted to an inner circumferential frame 10a of a butterfly damper 10 stuck a fixing sheet 20 which fixes so as not to prevent an arm section 10c from being elastically deformed, and is attached to the magnetic circuit. The outer circumferential frame 10b is fixed to the frame. The inner circumferential frame 10a is fixed to the voice coil bobbin. In a second process, the gauge is pulled out, and a diaphragm integrated with a center cap is fixed to the voice coil bobbin and the frame. In a third process, the fixing sheet 20 stuck on the butterfly damper 10 is removed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
