PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a printed board by which the number of parts and the number of man-hours of assembly can be reduced, the coats can be reduced and the reliability of a grounding wire is improved. SOLUTION: A first printed board 23 is housed in a metallic case 30 and the metallic case 30 is fixed to a bottom chassis 12 by a fixing screw 37 and is grounded. Also, a grounding circuit of the first printed board 23 is connected to grounding pieces 32 of the metallic case 30 by fixing screws 33 and are grounded on the bottom chassis 12 through the metallic case 30. A second printed board 25 is erected near by the metallic case 30. Its lower end is inserted into a groove 42 of a board receiving member 41 formed of an insulating material such as plastic and a grounding terminal 45 is fixed to its top. The ground terminal 45 is electrically connected to the grounding circuit of the second printed board 25 and a board pressing part 39 protruded integrally with the metallic case 30 is fixed by a fixing screw 50.
