PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a high-quality electric double- layer capacitor. SOLUTION: A collector 2 whose both surfaces are adhered with an activated carbon electrode 1 and a separator 3 are alternately piled up between two collectors 2 whose one side is adhered with the activated carbon electrode 1 to make a laminated body. The collectors 2 are bundled by leading out their positive and negative side electrodes alternately, and a kink 2a is made so as to collect the positive and the negative side electrodes in the upper and the lower sides of the laminated body, respectively.
