PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To gain a laminated capacitor that enables sufficient absorption of stress and reduction of ESR. SOLUTION: Two capacitor elements 2 are vertically arranged in a row, and a pair of metal terminals 21, 22 are attached to both ends of the capacitor elements 2. One-side ends of the metal terminals 21, 22 become inner connecting parts 21A, 22A which are connected to terminal electrodes 11, 12 while the other-side ends of the metal terminals 21, 22 become outer connecting parts 21C, 22C. Folding parts 23, 24 are respectively formed on a part of the metal terminals 21, 22 between the inner connecting parts 21A, 22A and the outer connecting parts 21C, 22C. The folding parts 23, 24 make end sides of a pair of bending lines B1 into a form where the end sides are respectively placed near the outer connecting parts 21C, 22C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
