PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly judge which module component is suitable for design of a recycled printed wiring board, when a large number of module components is recycled, so as to design the printed wiring board efficiently. SOLUTION: Circuit information, connection information, design restraining information, physical information and the like related to the module components are extracted, the module components worked and prepared based on the extracted informations are registered in a recycle database 4, and the optimum module component for the recycled printed wiring board is retrieved from the recycle database 4 to be utilized, in the recycle design.
