A web management system and a method thereof are provided to have no influence on another security equipment or network equipment by directly managing the fragility of a web server that is installed at a network equipment. A first database(10) includes fragility check information, fragility information and a fragility structure. An engine(30) checks over the hacking exposure or fragility of a database, a web application, a URL(Uniform Resource Locator), a specific web management screen and a web server. A parser(20) classifies the web server, the web application, the address of a database, a directory name, the location/structure of a file, and the text and attachment of a response packet, and a web server log.
