A device comprises an insulation component of thermoplastic polymer, preferably a partially aromatic polyamide, reinforced using glass fibers or mineral, made by injection molding; and an electrically conductive contact component placed in the mold and sprayed with thermoplastic polymer. Preferably there is a seal between the two components and control components control the electric field.
