Frame for a door and/or window (3), particularly for a transport vehicle, comprising a seal support (4), and a seal (10) which seals between at least part of a peripheral edge of the door and/or window (3) and the seal support (4) when the door and/or window is or are in the closed position, and which is in the form of an injection-moulded element of elastic nature, characterized in that it further comprises an intermediate element (30) which is equipped with the seal moulded onto it and which has first fixing means (31-34), and in that the seal support (4) and second fixing means (6, 7, 35, 36) capable of collaborating with the said first fixing means (31-34) to fix the intermediate element, equipped with the seal (10, 24) moulded onto it, to the seal support (4).
