<p>The food product based on cheese, which is industrially produced as frozen or cooled product and which is thermally processed before the consummation, consists of the shaped basic mixture constituted of 50 to 90 wt. % of natural cheese and 10 to 50 wt. % of low-heated curd. The basic mixture is coated by edible adhesive coating mixture and creates 25 to 50 wt. % of total weight of the product. The coating mixture is made, except the breadcrumb, of a cheese or low-heated curd, by at least 50 wt. % of the coating mixture. Preferably the share of cheese or low-heated curd in the coating mixture should be maximal, in the scope 50 to 90 wt. %.</p> |
