The invention discloses a special mounting and construction method for seabed fixation of an offshore platform in a soft soil layer sea area; and in a thick soft soil environment, a soft soil layer cannot be totally dug away. The method comprises the following steps: a large-diameter steel cylinder is beaten into the soft soil layer as a temporary or permanent support of a buoyancy cylinder; the buoyancy cylinder is accurately supported on the steel cylinder according to a preset plane and a vertical position; then, the piling is performed to produce a platform on piles; or the steel cylinder is used as a cofferdam, soft soil in the cylinder is replaced or modified to bear the load of the platform; the load is carried to a force holding layer at the seabed; and a straight cone at the bottom of the buoyancy cylinder and a concrete bed reverse cone prepared at the seabed are coupled to solve the position adjusting problem of the platform. The offshore platform and the mounting and construction method thereof can be applied to natural geological environments of all offshore areas; compared with the land reclamation, the method less destroys the environmental ecology; and compared with a steel floating platform, the offshore platform has more prominent economic benefit. |
