The present invention relates to a bench with a vegetation planter, and more specifically to a bench with vegetation planter comprising a sitting unit (1) and a lighting device, wherein a plant mount unit (4) is included inside the sitting unit (1). The plant mount unit (4) is installed as a sliding type drawer. A pot is mounted on the plant mount unit (4). The pot includes a plant moisturization carrier having a synthetic medium consisting of ethylene-vinyl alcohol and a carboxyl group. The lighting device comprises: a sensor; a control unit; a sunlight measurement unit; a first lamp to irradiate UV light; and a second lamp to irradiate light having a wavelength ranging from 380 nm to 780 nm. The lighting device comprises a vegetation planter to irradiate light for lighting and growing plants by operating the second lamp if the control unit determines sunlight measured at the sunlight measurement unit is insufficient, thereby improving the landscape.
