<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the functionality of a cogeneration system. <P>SOLUTION: This cogeneration system is provided with a power generation means 1 for generating a power by consuming a fuel, a waste heat recovery heat exchanger 4 exchanging the heat of the waste gas G of the power generation means 1 with heat medium L1 and recovering the heat retained by the waste gas, and heat medium circulating systems 8 and 9 transmitting the recovery heat Qa in the waste heat recovery heat exchanger 4 to a load heat exchanger 3 by the heat medium circulation.
