<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing device using a continuous recording paper having a high reliability free of generation of a breakage of any component, jamming, etc., even if the upper cover of a transport tractor is left open undeliberately. <P>SOLUTION: The printing device using continuous recording paper is equipped with the transport tractor to send a continuous sheet of paper and a tractor part support whereto the tractor is fixed and which is moved when the sheet is to be set on the tractor and can return to the initial position after the sheet is set, wherein the opening-closing angle of the upper cover of the tractor is made acute. A member is arranged to abut to the upper cover when the opening- closing angle of the upper cover is stopped in the acute angle position and the tractor support is returned to the initial position in the condition that the upper cover is opened. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
