<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a non-display area more attractive while lowering resistance of pull-around wirings which are provided in the non-display area. <P>SOLUTION: In a liquid crystal display element which includes a liquid crystal cell which is constituted by press-fixing the first electrode substrate 10 of a display observation surface and the second electrode substrate 20 of an anti- observation surface with a peripheral sealing material 30 and in which pull- around wirings 110 for connecting display electrodes 11 to a liquid crystal driving signal source are formed in the non-display area DB being periphery of a display area DA where display electrodes 21, 22 of respective substrates are arranged so as to face each other, a metallic conductor 112 having a low reflection film 111 is used as the pull-around wiring 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
