PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easy-to-assemble and compact oil piping structure in a structure for supplying oil from a crankcase into a cylinder head through piping in an engine. SOLUTION: One end connection part 73 of a head oil supply oil pipe 66 is held on a pipe holding part 74 formed at the cylinder head side end face of a cylinder 21, and allowed to communicate with an oil passage 76 in the cylinder head. The other end connection part 82 of the head oil supply oil pan 66 is passed through the inside of a cam chain tunnel 62, and connected, in a cover chamber, to an oil discharge part 63 formed in the crankcase 20. The pipe holding part 74 is a stepped hole, and comprises an opening part 85 allowing the head oil supply oil pipe 66 to be inserted from a side into a hole peripheral wall. One end connection part 73 of the head oil supply oil pipe 66 is inserted into the pipe holding part 74 and locked to a step face 74b. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO
