PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase spring rigidity in a longitudinal direction with respect to a vertical direction of a vehicle, reduce a restriction on a layout for mounting to a vehicle side frame, and reduce cost. SOLUTION: This silencer hanger 10 comprises: an approximately U-shaped body fitting 11 made of bottom plate 12 and a pair of side plates 13; a rubber elastic body attaching part 21 arranged to an inside surrounded by the body fitting; a pair of elastic body support parts 23 interposed between opposite two points of the pair of side plates and the rubber elastic body attaching part 21 and connecting the two points with the rubber elastic body attaching part 21; and a rubber elastic body connecting part 25 fixed between upper parts of the respective side plates. The silencer hanger is supported to a vehicle body side by a first support shaft member 16 inserted to be fitted and fixed to a pair of first mounting holes 14 arranged to opposite positions at tip sides of respective side plates, and supports an exhaust pipe by means of a second support shaft member 17 which is inserted to be fitted and fixed to a second mounting hole 22 arranged to the rubber elastic body attaching part 21 and is orthogonal to the first support shaft member.
