PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out replenishment of an accelerating agent by transport of air while utilizing an existing facility, to realize a reduction of a labor when the accelerating agent is replenished and a prevention of deterioration of a work environment and to dispense with a paper bag to be wasted in an industrial waste. SOLUTION: In the device for feeding an accelerating agent, the accelerating agent subsequently fed out from a pressurization tank 1 by a rotary valve 2 is conveyed in an accelerating agent conveying pipe 12 by conveying air fed from a pressurization air source 25 through a conveying air feed pipe 4. The pressurization tank 1 is divided to an upper air chamber 8 and a lower storage chamber 6 by a filter 5. An accelerating agent replenishment pipe 7 is connected to the storage chamber 6 and an air discharge pipe 10 is connected to the air chamber 8. The accelerating agent can be replenished from an accelerating replenishment container 17 to the storage chamber 6 using the pressurization air from the pressurization air source 25. A sweeping off air feed pipe 9 is connected to the air chamber 8 and the accelerating agent deposited on the filter 5 can be swept off using the pressurization air from the pressurization air source 25.
