PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storage box which is simple in structure and does not need a special member for cushioning. SOLUTION: Inner flaps 32 and 33 of the storage box A are respectively formed with slits 50 and 51 extending from the vicinity of edges of side face materials to opening ends. That is, the slit 50 is formed from the vicinity of the edge 22 of the side face material 12 and the slit 51 is formed from the vicinity of the edge 23 of the side face material 14, respectively toward ends to be unsealed 22b and 23b of the inner flaps 32 and 33.
