PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overwrapping material which is versatile because it can be used almost irrespectively of the shape of an article to be housed, differ ent kinds of articles can be wrapped, can be produced at a low cost and easily assembled because of its simple structure, and can be displayed in a hung pos ture as well as a standing posture as required. SOLUTION: A sign board 4 that has a hanging part 11 on the top of it is fitted and stood on a base 3.
