FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with ways of immunomodulation with the help of nucleotides. For this purpose, response of immune system to the stimulus should be modified due to representing nucleoside at concentration to affect B7 molecular marker being the opposite one against stimulus' impact. Stimuli under consideration include allergens, neoplasm, virus, bacteria, parasitic invasion and autoimmune reaction. The most important molecular markers for this purpose are considered to be B7-1 and B7-2. Predominant nucleosides are ribavirin and its analogs.
