<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely cut and open a rupture part of a trim cover by expanding pressure of an air bag even when an output pressure of an inflator is set low, by instantaneously concentrating the expanding pressure of the air bag to the rupture part of the trim cover by a webbing and quickly cutting the trim cover from a seam as the rupture part of the trim cover. <P>SOLUTION: A pair of stay clothes 7, 8 of small elongation having an areal shape short at its one side and long at the other side are divided to a front face-side 2a and a side face-side 2b from a seam 2c as the rupture part 3 of the trim cover 2 to be placed on an inflation expansion area of the air bag over both sides, each short side is fitted to a loading position of an air back device 2 and sewn together with a part of the seam 2c as the rupture part 3 of the trim cover 2, and each long side is fixed to a seat back frame 4 side at its end to be spread inside of the trim cover 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
