<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor IC circuit and its driving method in which adverse effect caused by deviation in transistor characteristics in the current source of a current source circuit is suppressed and the performance is not adversely affected by the characteristics of the transistors. <P>SOLUTION: In a light emitting device, adverse effect on transistor characteristics in the current source circuit which constitutes of a signal line driving circuit is suppressed, the performance is not adversely affected by the characteristics of the transistors, no dispersion exists in the display and a clean image is provided. By utilizing the signal line driving circuit, occurrence of stripes and luminance irregularity in the display is prevented. Elements of a pixel section and the driving circuit section are formed by polysilicon and integrally formed on a same substrate. Thus, a display device, which is small in size and low in power consumption, and an electronic equipment using the device are provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
