PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiple optical axis photoelectric sensor system capable of reducing inventories of multiple optical axis photoelectric sensors on the user side. SOLUTION: The multiple optical axis photoelectric sensor system is provided with a light curtain body 2 for outputting an output signal on the state of light entry or light shielding and two types of selecting adaptors 7 and (8), mounted detachably to the light curtain body 2 for determining the output from the light curtain body 2 as either an NPN output or a PNP output. By selecting either the adaptor 7 or the adaptor 8, the multiple optical axis photoelectric sensor system is used as NPN output or PNP output depending on the usage. COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
