PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment method for a specimen in which the specimen in a small amount can be treated and in which an object (an object component) can be sampled easily and surely from the specimen and to provide a tip set used for the treatment method for the specimen. SOLUTION: In the treatment method for the specimen, the specimen and a reagent containing particles capable of carrying the object are sucked into a tip T mounted on a tip part of a nozzle 30 at a dispensing device 100, and the object in the specimen is carried by the particles. In a state that a filter- attached member 2 which is provided with a tubular member 21 mountable on the tip part of the tip 1 and a filter 22 installed in a flow channel of the tubular member 21 so as to be capable of capturing the particles is mounted on the tip part of the tip 1, a mixed solution of the specimen and the reagent is discharged from the tip 1, and the particles carrying the object are captured by the filter 22.
