PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the chemical analyzer which is miniaturized, capable of reducing analysis time, without complicated control or variation in washing so as to maintain the degree of washing uniformly. SOLUTION: The chemical analyzer having a reaction vessel 51 in which a sample liquid and a reagent are caused to react, and a sample liquid and reagent supply means for sucking the sample liquid or the reagent from a sample liquid container (or a reagent container) 50 so as to be moved to the reaction vessel 51 and for supplying the sample liquid or the reagent from a probe 10, comprises, an inside piping system 11 which is connected to the probe 10 and allows a cleaning fluid to flow in the probe 10, an outside circular pipe 20 which covers the probe 10 from its outside and is constituted integrally with the probe 10; and an outside piping system 21 which is connected to the outside circular pipe 20 and allows the cleaning fluid to flow between the probe 10 and the outside circular pipe 20.
