PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for verifying circuit wirings, capable of surely and easily verifying the state of the circuit wiring using a simple configuration. SOLUTION: A verifying system 20 comprises a sensor panel 200 having a thin film transistor (TFT) to constitute a sensor element, a computer 21, a probe 22 for supplying verification signal to the circuit wiring 101, and a selector 23 for switching the supply of the signal to the probe 22. The computer 21 receives the verification signal from the panel 200, generates image data, and displays the image of the wiring to be verified on a display 21a. Thus, faults such as disconnections, short circuiting, faults or the like of the wiring 101 can be detected, based on the generated image data and the image data showing the wirings of design.
