PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To assume the whole of an individual organism as a target domain of observation and to observe the localization of in-vivo expression genes in a minute domain of a single cell level in the target domain of observation. SOLUTION: This method has a first step for sequentially pushing out, in a fixed direction, genetically-modified biospecimens each having a marker potentiating the detection of a specific gene in its expression, a second step for sequentially cutting off the specimens pushed out in the first step, a third step for condensing light onto a cross section of each specimen cut off in the second step and imaging a two-dimensional picture of the cross section by using reflected light from the cross section onto which light is condensed, and a fourth step for three-dimensionally observing each specimen based on the picture imaged in the third step.
