PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell for allowing observation with one visual field without individual difference depending on cells. SOLUTION: This cell used for developing micro-bubbles is made by hollowing a transparent material so that it has a cone-shaped groove or by partly hollowing the groove in the depth direction, and the groove is filled with a specimen liquid.
