The present invention relates to a method for separating coloring substances using column chromatography. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for economically separating a large amount of coloring materials by automatizing a separation process and adding a remote controlling function thereto. To this end, reference column chromatography is used in the separation process using the column chromatography so as to compare the column chromatography for separation and the colors to be expressed using a camera.
