PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drying method of powder for efficiently drying the powder at room temperature or relatively low temperature. SOLUTION: The method comprises the following steps of: (1) mixing a porous particle having a diameter and/or specific gravity different from that of the powder into the powder dampen by water; (2) evolving heat in the particle by adsorption of water thereto to dry the powder; and (3) collecting the powder by classification.
