PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a refrigeration unit for transportation which secures starting of a fan. SOLUTION: This refrigeration unit comprises a condenser 6 having coolant flowing inside for heat-exchanging the coolant with outside air, and the fan 30 for passing the outside air through the condenser 6, and the condenser 6 and the fan 30 are placed outside and in front of a cargo chamber 1 of a refrigerated vehicle. The fan 30 comprises a motor, a rotation shaft 8a protruding from the motor, and a vane body fixed on the rotation shaft 8a. The vane body has a cover part for covering periphery of the motor.
