摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a furnace bottom seal structure of an incinerator in which a cleaning frequency of a furnace bottom part is largely reduced by preventing sticking-accumulation of the unburnt content and ash to the furnace bottom part. SOLUTION: In this furnace bottom seal structure of the incinerator operated under negative pressure such as a radioactive waste incinerator, an annular air chamber 11 and a large number of air blowout holes 13 are arranged in a part of annular packing 10 arranged on the outer periphery of a furnace bottom damper 3, and a seal air supply means is constituted for uniformly blowing out compressed air toward the inside of the furnace from the periphery of the furnace bottom damper 3. Since this structure is formed as a forced seal system, seal air is uniformly and strongly supplied in the furnace more than a conventional suction system, and the sticking-accumulation of the unburnt content and the ash to the furnace bottom part is prevented.
