PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag device with a plurality of squibs, capable of driving an air bag even when one of integrated circuits for driving the squibs is failed. SOLUTION: This air bag device comprises first and second inflators 12, 22 for spouting a gas to first and second air bag bodies 11, 12, a first squib driving IC 4 for driving the squibs of the first stage 12a, 22a in the first and second inflators, and a second squib driving IC 5 for driving the squibs of the second stage 12b, 22b in the first and second inflators.
