PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display member showing a light accumulating function with extremely high afterglow luminance at a low cost. SOLUTION: In the display member, an image part 1 is formed on the back face of a light transmitting member 11, while a transparent adhesive layer 12 is applied on the back face corresponding to a white character part 2 or a transparent part 3 and particles 13 of a large-size light accumulating material are deposited in one layer on the transparent adhesive layer 12. The particles 13 of the light accumulating material are covered with a transparent resin layer 14 in the back side. Or, a reflection layer 15 is formed on the back face of the image part 1 or the character part 2, a reflection sheet 16 is stuck to the back side of the particles 13 of the light accumulating material and the reflection layer 15, and a waterproof base sheet 17 is attached to the back side of the reflection sheet 16.
