FIELD: measurement technology, establishment of rotation speed and angle of turn of armature of electric motor. SUBSTANCE: measuring converter has sensor of magnetic field coming in the form of Hall generator positioned immobile. Hall generator is inductively coupled to at least one immobile magnetic circuit responding to change of alternating magnetic field and transmitting it to Hall generator. Hall generator sends electric signal depending on this change of magnetic field into electron control circuit. For more compact arrangement of electron control circuit and Hall generators Hall generator and part of electron circuit as minimum are integrated in the form of specialized integrated circuit positioned in electron circuit element.
