<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the fixing state of a fan motor of an indoor unit for an air conditioner. <P>SOLUTION: This indoor unit for the air conditioner is provided with a fan rotor 203, a fan motor 214 and a bottom frame module 212. The fan rotor 203 blows air into a room from the front side. The fan motor 214 drives the fan rotor 203. The bottom frame module 212 covers at least the back face side of the fan rotor 203 and is integrally formed with a motor outer peripheral surface support part 212b1. The motor outer peripheral surface support part 212b1 which is a structure for radially supporting the outer peripheral surface of the fan motor 214, is circumferentially undivided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2003,JPO |
