PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a liquid crystal panel and an method for injecting a liquid crystal for eliminating display unevenness caused by a liquid crystal injecting stage. SOLUTION: The thickness d2 of a liquid crystal layer in a area S between an injection port and a display area is made thinner than the thickness d1 of the liquid crystal layer in the display area. For example, spacers in the area S are made smaller or an electrode film 14 is not formed on at least one substrate. The injection speed of the liquid crystal injected from the injection port is reduced once in the area S by making the passage of the liquid crystal narrow before the liquid crystal enters the display area to keep the injection speed into the display area constant.
